This new video introduces the Uzebox AVCore (a fully assembled commercial version) and shows off its potential with some of the latest games and demos out there! You can also buy the Fuzebox, a kit version with PCB you assemble yourself. See the project homepage for details.
The Uzebox is an open source game console based on an Atmel AVR microcontroller. The design goal was to be simple to assemble for any hobbyist and have great sound and graphics with absolute minimum hardware: an AtMega644 microcontroller, an AD725 RGB-to-NTSC converter...and a bunch of resistors!
