Finnish educator Pasi Salhberg won the 2013 University of Louisville Grawemeyer Award in Education for his book explaining how public school reform succeeded in his country. During a recent visit to UofL, he said that the United States has everything it needs to reform its schools, but cautioned that making it happen could easily take 10 years or longer.
