Microagressions are the manifestations of bias and discrimination; which often develops out of stereotypes. As a community that aims to celebrate diversity, Binghamton University and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) have made it a priority to work with faculty, staff and students to address issues in the area and make our community a welcoming place for everyone.
