(NCSO Drug Burn)Marijuana confiscated from the recent bust in Mountain Falls on Casano Street was destroyed today. 52 year old John McNab was arrested in connection with the alleged crime. Deanna O'Donnell reports

(Redistricting reader no photo) Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller today filed an emergency motion with the Nevada Supreme Court requesting that the Court issue a limited stay which would prohibit the Special Masters from beginning to draw redistricting maps pending a determination of the legal issues identified in the Secretary of State's petition, while allowing them to continue with the already scheduled public hearings.
