As an EU citizen, you should be able to live, work and study in other EU countries. If your EU rights are not respected by public authorities-- then SOLVIT can help. SOLVIT will contact the authorities to find informal, out-of-court solutions to your problem. This video explains what kind of problems SOLVIT can help with (for example: getting your qualifications recognised in another EU country, obtaining residence papers for non-EU relatives or claiming benefits) and how to get help from SOLVIT.
