When you want to work out your legs at home, you don't have that many exercises at your disposal to begin with. When you then want exercises for your hamstrings the muscle on the back of your leg, you are even more limited.
Here are hamstring curls, which normally require a bench with a special extension, but in this video we look at how you can do them without one. All you need is a solid board, a couple of big books and your dumbbell.
