Structured as two 5-week courses, these courses look at the underlying fundamentals of nanoelectronic devices that are an integral part of our life. Part 2 provides an introduction to more advanced topics, including the Non-Equilibrium Green's Function (NEGF) method widely used to analyze quantum transport in nanoscale devices.
