# 50g Dates
# 50g Oatmeal
# 100g Plain flour
# 50g Coconut flakes
* 50g Coconut oil
* 40g Cane sugar
* a pinch of salt
* 2 tbsp water

How to cook
1. Dice the dates.
2. Mix the dried ingredients marked with # in a bowl.
3. Put the ingredients marked with * in a pan, and simmer until boiling.
4. Turn off the heat and put the dried ingredients. After mixing them add the dates and mix again.
5. Put the dough on an oven tray and press it flat.
6. Bake the dough for 25 to 30mins at 150℃/300°F.
7. After it cools, brak it into bite-size pieces.
