Congressman Jim Langevin addresses the annual defense spending bill, commending provisions that support the military, protect American interests and help the military maintain it's technological edge, including production of Virginia Class Subarmines, development of Directed Energy and investments in cybersecurity. He notes, however, that it still has some major shortcoming in dending our critical networks in cyberspace.
