Please help LVMPD robbery detectives identify and capture this suspect.

Here are details of the crime:
On December 27, 2013 at approximately 10:20 pm, the suspect pictured in the video (Suspect 1) robbed a small business near the 3700 block of S. Las Vegas Blvd. Suspect 1 waited until the employee was distracted and approached the cash register. Suspect 2 stood nearby and acted as a lookout. Suspect 1 opened the register and stole an undisclosed amount of US Currency. After the theft, both suspects started to walk away. A witness observed the crime and approached suspect 1. Suspect 1 punched the witness and knocked him to the ground. Both suspects fled on foot and retained the money.
These same individuals are suspected in other similar robberies in the valley.
Suspect 1: (Seen in the video) Black male adult, 5'10'', 170 lbs., 25 yoa, and black sweatshirt with white stripes, black pants, and black Chicago White Sox baseball hat.
Suspect 2: Black male adult, 5'11'', 175 lbs., 25 yoa, black plaid long sleeve shirt, camouflage pants, and black Chicago White Sox baseball hat.
