On May 27, 2010, God Discussion hosted at special edition of its Blog Talk Radio program concerning the Texas State Board of Education's changes to its social studies curriculum and text books.

GUESTS THIS SEGMENT:
* Leah Burton, Author, also Board of Military Religious Freedom Foundation

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OVERVIEW: The program included numerous guests from both the atheist and faith-based communities who provided background information on the curriculum changes, their views on church and state issues, and resources available for parents and others who are concerned about Texas' revised version of history being taught in their state's classrooms.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Leah Burton gives a brief overview of Christian Dominionism and the Seven Mountains Mandate. Dominionism claims a literal authority from the Book of Genesis to take dominion over every living thing on earth and to abolish separation of church and state. Also known as the New Apostolic Reformation Movement, not all Christians are dominionists but all dominionists are Christians.

Education is an important component of the 7 Mountains Mandate.
