This video, shot and edited by Mariah Garnett (www.mariahgarnett.com) is a brief introduction to Sarah Anderson, a Visionary in Residence at Quiksilver's siteLA.

Beth is a fashion blogger and aspiring entrepreneur opening up her own "Vintage Society" clothing shop.

Beth Jones, 27, is launching her own business, The Vintage Society, a store that will feature a wide range of vintage clothing selected to reflect the current season's trends. Beth aspires to use her talents and eye for fashion not only to open the store but also to work as a stylist for editorials, write and blog about fashion and create her own collection of re-designed vintage clothing called Society Girl. Her vision is more than a store- it's a whole environment where women come together to design and inspire individual style.

Beth began building The Vintage Society online as a fashion blog and using Quiksilver siteLA as her base, Beth will spend the year expanding the online community and will plan, build and structure The Vintage Society. With the help of Quiksilver's network of resources and mentors, Beth will research the market and will formulate a business plan for her shop, increase readership of her blog and hone her fashion writing skills.

Beth will create and host a series of fashion related events at Quiksilver siteLA. She will swap clothes with the "Society Girls" in addition to organizing forums for the group to meet with artists, stylists and designers speaking about what they love and what they have learned. The Quikslver siteLA will also be a place where Beth works on original designs and holds trunk shows, culminating in the grand opening of The Vintage Society shop.
