Interview with Almir Listo on Moderator strike, Completely Overkill Pack outrage

Our interview, in it's entirety with Almir Listo. Ashley, Tessio and Jones were moderators of the Payday 2 steam forums, but they went on strike after the Completely Overkill Pack rewards were announced. The strike was mainly because the Completely Overkill pack crossed a line, becoming, to quote Ashley: "immoral business practices"
Today we got to sit down and grill Almir about the last 3 months, Crimefest 2015, and what changes, if any, Almir and Overkill are willing to make in order to save the Payday 2 Community.
