I know I can't be the only one, but to me Glocks are actually visually appealing.

There is beauty in a simplicity that just works. I love my glocks— and I own several different guns, including the m&p

I'll keep my gen 3. I got the gen 4 19 and absolutely hated it. couldn't sell it fast enough. GenThree for me.

Great review!! Highly detailed and to the point. Unfortunately I'll be sticking with the Gen 3, thank California for that!!

Before even watching this video(I will) I can say without a doubt I would pick the G3 over the G4! Why, Because Glock to this day,April 11/ 2014 is STILL having problems with the double recoil spring system! You might be lucky or don't shoot as often, but hundreds of people are still having Stove pipes, failure to feed, double feeds and all kinds of jams. Sear pin problems among others. Glock will still send you new springs for your G4 and conversation single springs. Firing heavier loads does help some in the G4. There is good reason why they are still selling the G3 as new! The extras are nice on the new G4s except most people go with the Med. back strap witch is the same as the G3s. The two extra magazines are nice too. But the G3s are more dependable PERIOD! I sell firearms so I hear all the complaints and see so many G4s Come back for refund or exchange for G3s. Also know a couple Glock Reps. They admit their are still some problems but will soon be rectified. Stick with the G3s for a bit because reliability is better and you can still add many excellent upgrades. I will watch video now! Just my opinion after selling hundreds of both models. :-)

+filoIII I've been shooting a Gen 4 17 all year (1-2 IDPA matches per month plus practice = several thousand rounds so far) and ZERO issues with extraction/ejection. I love it. I've shot M&Ps for years and was testing an HKVP9 as a potential new match gun. The Gen 4 Glock 17 is my favorite and I shoot it the best.

Still probs w/ the Gen4 in late 2016?

Excellent video. Helped confirm to me that as long as they make the Gen 3, that's what I'll stick with.

i think that is quite good looking gun

You sold me on "less felt recoil on the gen 4"

Glocks are hit or miss these days. My 2016 gen 3 19 spit brass in my face constantly. Waiting to get it back from Glock.
