This workout was created in order for you to follow along in the comfort of your own home. It doesn’t require any equipment and works perfectly if you are looking to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. The exercises are simple but challenge you to get your heart rate up by completing them in 30 second intervals with 15 second cool downs. During the cool downs or resting periods, you never stop moving therefore you are optimizing the workout and giving your metabolism a nice little boost. Try completing the entire work out 3 times with 2 minute breaks in between each circuit to create a great 30 minute cardio workout.
