Hasidic Jews are extremely violent and often gang up and assault people of other ethnicities - even White Gentiles - in their various enclaves in Brooklyn, NY. In this case, the White bike-rider was saved by a Good Samaritan who happened to be driving by and saw something was wrong. The bike-rider finally got away.
