Mugen #937: Behind Enemy Lines

Stage is supposed to be in Russia, while I used a Captain America, and one of his enemies is from Soviet Russia. Previous opponents: Grappler Shiki, Spiral (Luchini).

Mr. Jones I used in #783, and he actually was actually fought for #896 at one point. Damage seems high, but this is the default Rage of the Dragons damage values. I don't think Jones Groove using power has been added. Really, I have very little to add here. The AI blocks a lot, and isn't really overly aggressive. I guess it's somewhat of a thinking man's AI. I like.

This Captain America is supposed to be him after Steve Rogers, the original, dies, and a man named Bucky takes over, but uses weapons. His comboing is damn near crippled. His crouch Z sends the opponent about 2 feet up, while his stand Z is so delayed it's difficult to launch with it. Air comboing feels all wrong too. Many anims just appear not smooth, and he feels stiff. Damage is a little higher than I'd like. Sounds are too low and hard to hear. QCF+Z+C is missing a super finish BG as it's incomplete. CLSNs could be better. It's alright, but there are better Captain Americas out there.
