As requested, here's the Ogre/Vampire pairing reversed. As you'll notice, succeeding with an ogre team is far from easy... especially at the beginning when you lack the money to hire a full squadron of ogres.

Ogre teams are basically held back by two things: the ogres' bonehead skill which can (and will) cripple your strategy and of course the snotlings.

Snotlings are mere doorstops and aside from the dodge skill they're pretty much useless. Now if they had better movement, then we'd have a discussion. However they do not and couple that with the worst STR and armor value in the game and you have a recipe for snotling pancakes.

You need a sound gameplan and a hefty dose of luck to win with this team. On the plus side, they're entertaining to watch fail =)

As for the vampires, to cripple them just go after thralls. A heavy hitting team will completely destroy a Vampire team by cutting off their supply line.

Now a team can field up to 6 vampires at once but lets face it, that would leave only 5 thralls which spells defeat if you fail one or two bloodlust rolls.

So these two teams aren't for the fainthearted nor the ones who must absolutely win =)
