Soak 2 cups / 200 decilitre of unpolished wheat seeds overnight in a glass pot. Use a wide-mouthed pot and cover seeds with water. Rinse the seeds after soaking to remove any dirt. Drain the water thoroughly. Cover the mouth of the pot with a light cloth and leave the jar in a cool dark place. Rinse the seeds in the morning and in the evening. Drain the seeds completely each time.
