Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat vacation rental video tour.

Today we will be taking you to a furnished one-bedroom apartment (http://www.nyhabitat.com/new-york-apa... ) located at President St. and 4th Ave. in Park Slope, a great neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York.

When you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the living room. The living room has wooden floors and is furnished with a queen size futon bed and a TV with cable.

Next to the living room you will find the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities needed for preparing meals during your stay in New York. There is also a table with chairs in the kitchen area.

Next is the bathroom. The bathroom has tiled floors and is equipped with a bathtub and shower.

Across from the bathroom you will find a small living area with a single sized bed.

Next we will take you to the bedroom. The bedroom has two windows and is furnished with a queen sized bed.

Finishing up our tour of this apartment, you'll find a common garden area in the back available to tenants.

Not far from the apartment is Brooklyn's own Prospect Park, one of the biggest parks in New York City. Prospect Park contains a number of baseball fields, basketball courts and tennis courts.

Another attraction in Prospect Park is the Prospect Park Zoo. This zoo is the home to approximately 630 animals representing 141 species.

There are many great exhibits and attractions including the very popular Sea Lion Court.

While in the park, be sure and visit the Lefferts Historic House.

Built in 1783, this house today is a museum with amazing exhibits, artifacts and period rooms to experience life as it was lived in 19th-century Brooklyn.
