What You Need & Ingredients:
Guacamole-
1 avocado
1 capsicum/pepper
1/2 onion
lemon juice and seasoning to taste

Method:
Mash avocado, add chopped veges, season to taste.

Smoothie:
1 banana
1 1/2cups milk
1/2-1 cup frozen berries or frozen fruit

Blend until smooth.
