About: Miles of Portraits is a photo series capturing the people we meet when we ride our bicycles really, really far. Alaska is the second installation to this series. The first installation, "Miles of Portraits: America," is 4,000 miles along the TransAmerica Trail from Virginia to Seattle.
Behind-the-scenes note: Take a closer look at every single shot. Annalisa and I are 100% self-supported – including filming. If you see both of us riding away together that means one of us is turning around to get the camera. What else can you spot? Share your observations in the comments.
