The new feature of resource engagements for project manager and resource manager is explained in detail. 1) replace generic resources in your project plan. 2) use the new resource plan view. 3) create request from planning information for the resource manager. 4) submit resource engagement request to resource manager. 5) resource manager uses his new view for resource allocation. 6) project manager sees documentation and finds a mutual agreement with resource manager.
