The preliminary investigation reveals the suspect entered the store armed with a knife, jumped on the countertop and demanded to the clerk to hand over all the cash. As the suspect attempted to open the register, the clerk fled to the restroom and locked himself in. Once the clerk could no longer hear any noises, he walked out of the restroom to find that the suspect was gone and contacted the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'5" -- 5'6" tall, 180 -- 200 lbs., bald with no facial hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. The suspect fled in a red, single cab pick-up truck that appears to be a Dodge. Houston area.
