The original Japanese name for this anime is "Yume no Hoshi no Button Nose", which literally translates to "Button Nose of the Star of Dreams" in English, though Wikipedia indicates that the official translation is "Dream-Star Button Nose" and Anime News Network says the same thing, but just without the hyphen between the words Dream and Star.
