The aim of this video is to demonstrate the exercises for those who would like to learn to do them. Movements done by June Mitchell on retreat at Being Peace Practice Centre, Bradford Peverell, Dorset. The exercises are those proposed in 'The Life Sustaining Way of the Heart' by Zen Master Thich Tinh Tu. (The names June gives the exercises vary slightly from the original.) The bamboo cane should be approx. the same height as the practitioner. Filmed and edited by Mike Bell.
