Everyone experiences Negative Self Talk. I experienced a lot of negative self talk when a bunch of factors changed in my life.

It sucks when the inner self critic is really loud because it influences the way you function in life. But with persistence and focused strategies that inner critic can be silenced. The 7 steps I used to turn off the negative self talk (inner critic) are:
1. Rediscovering Myself
2. Re-evaluating the Relationships I have in my life
3.Thoughts Inventory
4. Replacing Negative Thoughts with a Positive Thought
5. Visualization
6. Mantra
7. Affirmations
