Problem with on/off power button of Apple Cinema 30" TFT Display creates a flashing display. Occasionally (1-2 times a day), the display starts switching on and off automatically all the time. While this happens, the power button is dead. Only pulling the power cord helps. It might be that the sensitive touch buttons are the reason for it (not sure though). The video demonstrates the problem with the power buttons.
