An advance fee is generally a fee collected from a real estate client before the completion of all services. This is just a general definition. It is illegal to charge or collect an advance fee unless the BRE approves a broker's written advance fee agreement.
Our business and real estate law firm helps brokerage clients that want to charge their clients an advance fee. We can draft, submit and modify advance fee agreements and work with the DRE or BRE to try to get these approved.
These will not be approved in all cases, but contact us to discuss your case. Call (877) 276-5084
