Fuzhong Li, Ph.D., senior scientist at the Oregon Research Institute, demonstrates the 8-form routine contained in the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance program. This video is intended to assist public health administrators, exercise program facilitators, and prospective instructors familiarize themselves with the core movement protocol of this evidence-based falls prevention program. It is NOT intended as an instructional video for either general students or instructor trainees.
