Our commitment to these niche topics makes us inherently more righteous to utilize potentially copyrighted material in a manner as outlined in the fair use act to criticize, comment on (including our viewers), parody and use for education purposes because we do not just post anything and everything just in effort of maximum financial gain like a typical news aggregator, we have a message and every one of these videos supports our message. Furthermore "Alex's Politically Incorrect Show" can obtain significant monetary backing to pursue legal action as our right outline in US copyright law 17 U.S.C 512 in recourse against any false claims of copyright infringement and as noted already, no court has made a ruling on news aggregators, let a lone a niche news aggregator.
