HAMILTON Co, Ohio (WKRC) -- Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Kyle Stein in the September 13th Aggravated Vehicular Homicide of 16-year-old Rachel McGrath and 19-year-old Eric Moormann. Stein is charged with 4 counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide (two counts Felony 2 and two counts Felony 3). If convicted of all charges, he faces the possibility of 16 years in prison and a life time drivers license revocation.On September 13th, Stein was driving a 2001 Audi on a curvy portion of Sheed Road in Colerain Township at approximately 7:30 p.m. in excess of the posted 35 miles per hour limit. The 18-year-old was trying to catch up to a new model Audi R-8 to get a better look at the vehicle. Stein tested positive for alcohol and marijuana with a Blood Alcohol Level of .113, which is in excess of the .02 limit for a driver under the age of 21.McGrath, the front seat passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene.
