This is a teenage film photographed in Birmingham Michigan on Labor Day 1965. It stars Beth Mowry and Jim Dashiell. It's the simple story of a woman on the brink of suicide, who's life is turned around by a simple creature, a frog. The frog falls in love with her and goes to a witch to have himself turned into a handsome prince and the rest is history. The scenes in downtown Birmingham were done at the corner of Pierce and Merrill by the Varsity Shop. On Labor Day in those years, stores were closed. The "romping" scenes were filmed along the Rouge River, west of Evergreen, north of Beverly Road.
