Sunday November 13, 2011 Occupy Portland, Oregon faced eviction from Lownsdale and Chapman Square downtown Portland, Oregon. Riot Police are dispatched from the nearby police headquarters and mounted police on horseback. One lane of traffic was flowing until police blocked traffic and charged the crowd with horses. Protesters fought back by throwing firecrackers, wood pallets, bottles, and slurppees. Police had lost all ground by 5:00 am Sunday morning. The protest was relatively peaceful and non eventful before police made the bold move charging horses into the crowd. Before the charge a beach ball bouncing in the crowd could be seen.
