It’s been a long battle,
in a war you did not start.
What you may not have realized,
is that there are millions of others
like you,
working alone to stop the cancer that calls the masculinity within you "Toxic"
or your individuality “Internalized Oppression”.
We've seen industry after industry fall, and you're the first true
heroes that have not backed down.
We’ve risked losing positions of inflv uence in standing up for life-enhancing truth
and ethical justice.
We’ve too often used our real name,
resulting in some backlash and praise all the same,
but we’re now learning from your example.
The reason we call you a hero
is because we thought we were standing up against the bullies alone…
until you,
A Gamer,
stepped up - chose to be,
wisely, anonymous,
and in that anonymity -
you are able to fight
without literal weapons -
you fight using facts and truth.
You are a hero because you’ve not backed down; after months, your numbers keep growing.
You are a hero
because you’re tireless and relentless
in your quest for justice.
The bullies, in their inability to understand truth and goodness,
have wrongly accused you of being a misogynist because you do not agree with their desire
to completely destroy you,
not just your games, but you the person.
The truth is, you are the FIRST to step up
and protect the innocent from violence.
Even when you were shy, obese
or neglected in life, you took the opportunity
to triumph over the oppression of naysayers,
and excel beyond the suppression of agitators.
You've conquered the indomitable
and won over the hearts of doubters.
You may feel marginalized
because you’ve suffered pain in life
you feel no one understands.
But through gaming you've built friendships, rivalries and relationships
not possible in any other venue in life.
Gaming is camaraderie and competition,
it’s a place where there is victory
and you’re working toward the mastery of being the victor;
pride in constant improvement is the way.
Because of your super intelligent mind,
creative and competitive drive,
you are the one most destined
to do what brings positive changes
in the course of world events.
So stand strong, stand tall, Gamer.

Every day I've been amazed at the will inside each person supporting #GamerGate. Because of a hit and run accident, I lost mobility and speech. The year 2014 originally meant many projects based in Hollywood, instead, most of the year was been spent in inpatient care. Now, it's outpatient physical therapy and speech therapy every day. You've so inspired me with your will to bring positive changes in the course of global events. You've been fighting for months - day and night - you've kept #GamerGate going strong. The bullies are funded from unlimited sources, and it's affecting the whole world. You've shown strength, confidence, audacity, power... and you have inspired me. I can walk again, and now I can talk again. I admit that I have had fear of getting back in the studio, or being on film... but what you've done in #GamerGate has inspired me, so I pulled out a microphone (I didn't have all of the other equipment hooked up it's been stored since I couldn't speak for a while) and recorded this because of your courage, bravery, endurance in the audacity to be the first to stand against the funded bullies that are causing similar destruction around the world.
