MUGEN WIP - Flandre Scarlet (Codename: 5th Saw Flanny)

I decided to take on a much tougher challenge by making a new Touhou char, based on Kurogane's Flandre Scarlet with Clayfighter 63 1/3 gameplay.

Things are going rather fine, with 3 standing attacks and one command normal, So far so good as well.
