Start Position - Seated tall with hands clasped together behind head/neck. Knees are actively squeezing the grid together to prevent low back movement.

Movement - Sitting tall and rotating around a vertical axis, upper body turns to the desired position.

Tip - For added range of motion, take a deep breath once the end range is reached, then turn slightly as you exhale.
