Scoutee Smart Radar Gun vs. Ballistic Cronograph

We tested the performance of SCOUTEE Radar Gun against a ballistic chronograph on a baseball field. We placed SCOUTEE on a tripod behind the home plate, while the pitching machine and the ballistic chronograph were placed at the pitcher's mound. Because SCOUTEE connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and doesn't have to be physically positioned next to the phone, we were able to record phone screens with both SCOUTEE's and chronograph's apps at the same time (Scoutee app on the left, chronograph on the right). As the chronograph does not provide miles per hour (MPH) or kilometers per hour (KMH), we used feet per second (FPS) as the measuring speed unit. Please keep in mind that 1 FPS equals 0.68 MPH.

As you can see in the video, there are only minimum differences in measurements between the SCOUTEE Radar Gun and the ballistic chronograph, in the range of +/-1FPS.
