This is the story of the unbroken Khordong Byangter Lineage since the 8th century. The journey starts in India where it was recently established by H.H Chhimed Rigdzin Rinpoche to preserve the teachings. It then takes us all the way back to Eastern Tibet to find out what remains of the lineage there and to walk on the footsteps of the founders of this tradition. We are talking here about the old school of Tibetan Buddhism, also known as the Nyingmapa founded by Padmasambhava in the 8th Century.
