These hot press furnaces are completely assembled and thoroughly tested. The Furnace Source technicians will run your desired treatment process at our facility before shipment. Our high quality vacuum hot press furnaces can run with inert atmosphere, rough vacuum, or high vacuum.

These units are shipped as one piece, which makes installation and start-up quick and easy. They come with our factory one-year warranty. These hot presses are typically used for diffusion bonding, sputtering target manufacturing, and sintering of silicon nitride, sialon, boron carbide armor, spinel, and other ceramic materials.

We also fabricate 250-ton vacuum hot presses of similar construction. The Furnace Source is an industrial vacuum furnace specialist. Our company works very closely with all customers, providing contract research and development, product development, and process development. We provide written operating procedures, complete detailed electrical schematics, and manuals for all instrumentation and controls on all hot press furnaces.

Also included is one day of test fire and operator training at our industrial facility located in Connecticut. For more detailed information and exact engineering specifications on our vacuum hot press furnaces, please contact general manager Marshall Klimasewiski.

The Furnace Source will build a high temperature vacuum furnace, sintering furnaces and vertical bell furnaces to your exact specifications. We also manufacture customized vacuum furnace systems for heat treating special materials for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Our equipment is fully packaged to minimize floor space and is designed with easily accessible internals.

The average cost of a vacuum furnace or vacuum hot press can vary depending on the desired pressures required in the hot zone and other technical factors.
