Hey hey hey guys heyyyyy!!! Welcome to another episode of Fast-Food Friday. This is a healthier edition to my original series. Today I am eating take-out from pure kitchen and sitting by a relaxing lake to enjoy my lunch!
Today I am eating a bow with Kimchi, Falafel balls, Quinoa, Kale, Sweet potatoes and Tahini Lemon Dressing. For dessert vegan, gluten-free chocolate cake with berries and vanilla icing. Yum!
Meatless Meal Challenge:
It is recommended to limit meat intake on a weekly basis so I hope these recipes will inspire you to try a couple of meatless meals per week. Even start with just one meal a week and see how you like it :-).
