Boris Johnson's been ejected by the London Assembly from a meeting to discuss his budget.

Assembly Members kicked the Mayor out when they thought there was a chance of voting down his budget.

But a Conservative Assembly member who missed the start of the meeting turned up in time to deny Labour, the Lib Dems and the Greens the two thirds majority they needed.
