Ingredients: 1-1,5 kg Of pork neck Salt Pepper 30 ml Olive oil
For glaze: 80 g. Honey 80 g. Mustard 50 ml. Soy sauce
Preparation: Stir together the honey, mustard, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Tie a roast in kitchen twine. Season with salt and grounded pepper. Cook in preheat to 160c oven about 1-1,5 hour. Remove from oven, cover with glaze. Cook 10-15 minutes on 180c. Done!
