Bonita Tucker an Oregon State Hospital employee sexually abused me, the state covered it up, and multiple staff aid in drug smuggling and her aiding in two patients escapes. The state protected Bonita, till the newspaper ran an article, and she was caught again, smuggling in morphine and amphetamine. David Anderson was her patient boyfriend who she did these things with, and they let him attack and assault me. The state had a motive in the cover up, and allowing these abuses to occur: their lack of liability insurance. The state had also done unlawful surveillance and spying on me using a microwave/psychotronic weapon known as Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link. The state uses this weapon to illegally spy on patients, and they used it to spy on me. I caught the staff on tape discussing the technology they had outside of the building, and all these events, including staff assaulting me, and suffocating me on camera; staff paraded around proclaiming they did not care about my rights, and they told me no one was going to help me. Back on 48B they had cameras and microphones all around the hallways of OSH. On issue of the technology they had outside of the building, it allows the staff to communicate covertly through mind to mind communication and brain-computer interface link (EBL), and spy on patients, including the secret beaming of messages into their minds in secret. The microwave weapon was eventually used on me to attempt to murder me, flooding my body with microwaves and radiation, beaming messages into my head, and simulating psychosis. I was maimed, left for dead, and have experienced abuses from the US government now for 5 years.
Psychologists evaluation, Cathy Meadows, saying I am not psychotic, and was targeted for trying to expose the illegal use of this technology at the Oregon State Hospital by the State of Oregon, Central Intelligence Agency, and US Department of Justice in 2008, before they attacked me, and tried to murder me with this technology.
