The SkinCeutical Micropeel is a three-step skincare treatment. The first step is dermaplaning which is manual exfoliation with the use of a blade to clear away dead skin. The second step is applying the peel solution. The third step is lightly rubbing an iceball on the face called Cryogenic Therapy. This step is an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial freezing procedure which increases the rate of cell turnover and leaves skin feeling cool and tight. Safe for all skin types and color and reduces signs of photoaging including fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and visible skin imperfections. Length of Peeling Time:Gently sloughs 3 days and decongests pores while hydrating skin.

Dermaplaning :

For the smoothest looking skin possible, a method called dermaplaning (that's a controlled scraping of the skin's top layers) is used. Think manual exfoliation, and you've got the idea. It's a non-invasive treatment using a tool and this treatment can be performed on its own, or prior to other skin care treatments in order to enhance their effectiveness. The simple procedure is performed by gently moving a tool over surface layers of the face to remove fine facial hair and to exfoliate the skin.

Cryogenic Therapy :

Cryogenic therapy, also called Co2 slushy or acne slush, has been used in dermatology for over a quarter of a century. Co2 slush is created at the time of treatment, liquid Co2 is made into a "snow" ball and wrapped in gauze and then dipped into acetone. The "slush" is then lightly swiped over the treated areas. Cryogenic "slush" can cause mild exfoliation and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory abilities.

So ridiculous that she had all that makeup on during treatment. You could have at least removed her lipstick.

While a lot of people do come barefaced; if you've been working in NY long enough, then you should know that people get lunch hour facials, before or after work, or whenever they find time. While it is customary to remove all makeup, some clients do request to leave the eye makeup. Lets not forget that this is a very summarized demo.... hard to show and go through every single step and detail in a less than a 7 minute clip. To clear things up; the treatment is completely sanitary. After any cleanser, the SkinCeuticals Sanitizing Booster is applied, to eliminate any residue.

As far as makeup, it looks as if though it was permanent makeup with she had the yumi lashes.  by the way, your treatment performance was amazing.. sign me up to get trained from a paramedical aesthetician.
