How can one work to change the system from within? Richard Goldstone addresses this question. Through his own story we re-live the end of the South African apartheid regime. Judge Goldstone also discusses the international court in the Hague and its significance, as well as its obvious connection to the Nuremberg trials after WWII and the Eichmann trial in Israel.

Richard Goldstone has made his name by using South Africa Apartheid law as a judge in order to instill some fairness in the system, and later went on to help in the country's transition into a full democracy. His success led to him becoming the first chief prosecutor in the international court on war crimes in Bosnia and Rwanda. He now teaches law in various universities.

A production of http://www.leadel.net, a project of The European Jewish Congress (http://www.eurojewcong.org) and made possible thanks to its President Moshe Kantor.
