How to cook some Pan Seared Tuna Steaks.....it's quick, inexpensive. & easy. Just watch the video & you'll see that anyone can do it.
Made some Chile & Garlic Infused Oil. Looking for an excuse to use it, I thought, how about some fish. True, the oil goes well with most anything, but fish is quick, easy & delicious. PLUS, can substitute most any cooking oil in this recipe. (gotta be careful with Extra Virgin, burns easily)
Picked up some Tuna Steaks at the local grocer, & some "steam in a bag" veggies to go with it. Be eating in half an hour, plus it'll be healthy, quick, & delicious. Nothing to loose.
So here we go, same directions follow, regardless of stove, pan, oil used, or even which fish you decide on using.
