How To Make Schezwan Potatoes | Ching's Secret
1 pack Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce Mix
200 gms baby potatoes, peeled and par boiled
1 cup cornflour
Oil to deep fry
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium capsicum, diced
3 cups water
1 spring onion chopped to garnish
Deep fry the boiled baby potatoes till they become crispy. Strain the extra oil and keep aside. Add 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables and stir fry for about a minute. Add 450 ml of water, entire content of Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce mix and mix well. Add fried potatoes and cook till the sauce becomes thick. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
