This video, and others like it that I may post, are presented as a historical reference for the artists in the videos. We all start doing what we love somewhere, sometime. We were teenagers when this video was shot, with a big dream. The dreams of making killer music and playing on big stages. The dreams really never die when you love what you're doing. I'm living proof. Nick is also still making music constantly, and performing, just recently with My Sister's Machine in Seattle, and packing the clubs still. (https://www.facebook.com/mysistersmac...) This represents our roots. I'm not posting this because it is "killer music," I mean, this was really our 1st band, we were kids, our first attempt at writing, and recording, and performing. We were about 16-17 years old here. And it was the mid-80's so we looked ridiculous :-D We had a great time! We met a ton of people, and cultivated our craft from these early jam rooms and gigs. Layne always had the charisma and the voice, as you can see. This is how we all got started, that's all. Nothing more. Dream big, and never stop! I hope you all enjoy the vids. - Johnny Bacolas

On an unverified side-note: The custom suit Layne is wearing is all silk, and supposedly made for "Prince." It was given to him as a gift from a gal who made the claim. We always believed this story to be true, but it's unverified. It would be cool to verify this some day.
