This video shows a proof of concept for controlling a robot arm using the accelerometers of an ez430 Chronos watch. The simulated robot arm exists for real and once the hardware interface for it is finished, it might be controlled the same way (basically just for fun).

Sorry for the video quality. The screen was recorded using the camera of my roommates MacBook and my arm was captured by the camera of my mobile phone.
